Terms of Service and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only subject to the Terms of Service and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my terms of service.

I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.

All artwork is transferred digitally and will be watermarked. An unwatermarked copy will be sent for your personal use.

My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFT's or for generative AI Artwork.

Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in GBP.

Payment is half of the full cost upfront before work commences, and the remaining half after the commission is finished.

Only after the latter half of the payment has been received will the artwork be released to you.

Depending on the complexity of the piece and the size of queue, commissions should usually take no more than 2 weeks to be completed. If the wait time will be longer than that, this will be communicated to you before any payment is completed.

You may request a WIP of your commission at any time.

I reserve the right to my artwork, and the right to post the commission piece on my social media pages and/or to use it as an example of my work for future commissioners. If you would prefer your commission to be private, please let me know!

My artwork and commissions are for personal use only. No commercial use of my commissions is allowed.

If you wish to use my artwork as a profile picture, banner, etc in any social media platform, please credit me in your bio.

You may receive a full refund for your commission ONLY IF I have not started work on the piece. If work has commenced on your commission, I will offer a partial refund based on how much of the piece has been completed.

If I cannot finish your commission for any reason, you will be given a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after the commission has been completed.
